It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

5.2.14 Using Manage Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Services to add
application support to a monitoring server
Use the following steps to add application support to the monitoring server:
1. Right-click the monitoring server to which you want to add application
support.
2. Click Advanced → Add TEMS Application Support.
3. Specify the location of the monitoring server and click OK:
– On this computer
– On a different computer
4. If you selected a monitoring server on a different computer, provide the Tivoli
Enterprise Monitoring Server Node ID and communications protocol to use to
communicate with the monitoring server
