If you are new to Mac, you may be wondering how you are going to create an installer for your application. Our advice is: Don’t. Application installation on a Mac is different from other platforms, and in most cases an installer adds unneeded complexity and hides its actions from the user. Most applications are installed by simply having the user drag them from their downloads folder into /Applications.
