Writing a book is not an activity that you normally call a team sport. In this case, however, teamwork at its best is what made this book happen. As a team of three authors who live 10 time zones apart, we've had our share of virtual passes, kicks, catches, and misses as well as more than a few late night conference calls to cross the finish line.
