So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
This book is dedicated to the many friends and family members who have deeply influenced our lives, especially Roxanne and Tonya.In addition, it is dedicated to each of Steve’s children—David, Steven, Tommy, Daniel, and Anne (and their amazing spouses)—and Rob’s children—Robbie, Bella, Lana, and Clara.
