It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How it works...
When a container is connected to a user-defined network, the Docker Engine adds the container's name and its network alias (if present) to the user-defined network's DNS record. Then Docker shares these details to the other containers connected to the same user-defined network through the embedded DNS hosted at 127.0.0.11.
