I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
3 Marktversagen und öffentliche Güter
Üblicherweise wird das Angebot von Gütern und deren Nachfrage über den Markt geregelt. Bäcker backen Brot und Brezeln. Kunden kommen, um sich diese wohlschmeckenden Nahrungsmittel zu kaufen. Friseure bieten Dienstleistungen wie Haare waschen, schneiden und föhnen an und die Menschen, die diese Dienstleistungen in Anspruch nehmen möchten, zahlen den entsprechenden Preis und erhalten dann den gewünschten Haarschnitt.
3.1 Marktmechanismus und Marktversagen
Im Großen und Ganzen funktioniert der Mechanismus des Güterangebots und der Güternachfrage gut. Markt- und Gleichgewichtspreise pendeln sich ein. Nachgefragte und angebotene Menge befinden sich im Gleichgewicht.
