2. The Stack

In this chapter, we revert to the basics and introduce a simple canvas, which we will refer to as the stack. We will deconstruct the components using examples to provide a greater understanding for the mindset of an EA.

Against this wireframe we introduce a “notional” architectural stack that can be sliced and diced to present a clearer understanding of the technology landscape and its alignment to the business operations models.
