The idea behind Moo – a business card website that now has hundreds of thousands of customers in 180 countries, came to founder Richard Moross when he was working at a design agency. He told his then-boss about the idea, offering to fund it himself and give the advertising maestro equity in the business, in exchange for a free desk to work from.
