In 2002, we introduced a coaching model for leaders that encouraged them to look at themselves and the ways in which they interacted with their teams and organizations. We suggested that they had a tremendous opportunity to leverage language in support of creating dynamic, results-oriented, and fun workplaces. In 2008, we looked at the bigger picture and shared our thinking as to how organizations could create coaching programs in support of relationships and results. We continued to emphasize that language is the driver of learning and development.
