For just a moment, consider a different kind of exploration: exploring territory. Think of Columbus sailing west on a mission to find a new route to the Far East. Or imagine adventurers like Edmund Hillary, who climbed Mount Everest, or Robert Edwin Peary, who led one of the first expeditions to the North Pole.
