It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Charter During Requirements Discussions
While you are asking questions about what the software should and should not do, you can also make notes about charters to explore later. During the discussion, be alert for anything that would go into the “with” section of a charter (Figure 8, The "with" section of the charter).
