About the Author
Jonathan Clements is the founder of HumbleDollar.com and author of seven earlier personal finance books, including How to Think about Money. He sits on the advisory board and investment committee of Creative Planning, one of the country's largest independent financial advisors.
Jonathan spent almost 20 years at The Wall Street Journal, most of that time as the newspaper's personal finance columnist. He also worked for six years at Citigroup, where he was director of financial education for Citi Personal Wealth Management. An avid bicyclist and occasional runner, Jonathan was born in London, England, and graduated from Cambridge University. He's married, with two children and two stepchildren, and lives just north of New York City.
