We are creatures of habit. Think about your morning routine. If you are like most people, you operate on autopilot. Routines make life easy. They form over time to become an automatic response to seeking pleasure and avoiding pain. But what if you want to change some part of that routine? You may have a desire to develop a good habit or overcome a bad habit. In either case, the change is hard. For most people, a little motivation can make all the difference. Sometimes, we need help and guidance from experts to make the change, and other times we just need a little nudge. Gamification can provide both.
