I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
4 ETHICS AND THE IT ORGANISATION

This chapter builds on the work of the previous chapter, which considered the ethical behaviour of the IT individual. In this chapter, we consider this person working in an IT organisation. It is split into three parts; first there is a section on the reasons why the IT organisation or department ought to behave ethically. The second part deals with the ethical challenges that a professional in an IT organisation faces and what resources are available to help them. Finally, the third section gives tools and guidance for what the leadership in an IT department needs to put in place.
