It is split into three parts; first there is a section on the reasons why the IT organisation or department ought to behave ethically. The second part deals with the ethical challenges that a professional in an IT organisation faces and what resources are available to help them. Finally, the third section gives tools and guidance for what the leadership in an IT department needs to put in place.
