I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Manage security: The administrator is responsible for creating user accounts,
defining security policies, checking users activity, and other tasks necessary
to assure the security of the system.
Monitor and maintain system: The administrator is the person responsible for
monitoring and tuning the system so that bottlenecks are detected and
eliminated. Additionally, this person has to provide technical support for the
users and make available all the tools needed to participate into the
community.
