It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
We dedicate this book to Sumantra Ghoshal and Aage Sorensen, our dearest and most demanding intellectual mentors, whose untimely deaths we still mourn, yet whose inspiration still burns brightly in our hearts and minds.
