Repair the Relationship
Whether you’re shaking hands after a productive conversation, carrying on business as usual, returning to your desk knowing someone intervened on your behalf, trying to accept that there will be no resolution, or plotting how to find an entirely new job, it’s important to put the conflict behind you and move on.
