So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Because culture can be hidden, testing its assumptions is a must for any leader. In order to identify the more hidden aspects of the culture, the leader needs to know what values are most prevalent. Are there some values that are of higher priority than others to the majority of adults? That is usually the case and is very important to know. How many people hold which values?
