I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Of course, in reality there is a fine line between and among the three high-payoff strategies when it comes to achieving the leader's vision. Although leaders are well served by focusing on one strategy at a time, they all work together and are mutually reinforcing.
In order to achieve the vision, there needs to be a culture with shared values that support the goals the leader seeks. The instruction work needs to be clearly defined and aligned with the vision.
