I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
If you attract attention to yourself, create interest and desire (let me find out more about this person), the last step is to ask for action. Ask for the sale. Don’t wait for the goal to come to you. Go after your goals with a vengeance (and a nice attitude). You can take some tested approaches to this.

There really are no secrets in life. If you want to be a CEO, choose one you admire and copy him or her. If you want to write great ads, choose some great ads and copy them. If you want to be a researcher, snuggle up to a good researcher. In other words, get yourself near the kind of person you want to be, copy that person or ask her or him for help.
