  • Reaction plate, 24-well

  • Seliwanoff’s reagent

  • Slides (flat) and coverslips

  • Sudan III stain

  • Test tubes

  • Test tube rack

  • Butane lighter (or other flame source)

  • Fruit juice (unsweetened)

  • Hair dryer (optional)
