series F
series F is based on a state-of-the-art CPU (Intel Xeon E5-2673 V3 (Haswell) at 2.4 GHz), offering 2 GB of RAM per core and a 16 GB temporary disk based on an SSD.
The F series is especially suited for computer-intensive workloads and is used in scenarios such as batch processing, web server operation, analysis, and gaming.
The F CPU can additionally be overclocked with the Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0, still up to 3.1 GHz.
The FS series is identical to the F series, but it uses Azure premium storage as its memory.
