Solution for Exchange services

With Exchange, you have to make the same decision that you made with SharePoint. If you have no requirements for plugins or security, it is better to include Exchange Online with Office 365 in your solution. One reason for this is, for not hosting Exchange in Azure, you need to use premium storage, and in terms of gigabytes of data, that becomes very expensive.

From the point of view of best practice and field experience, hosting Exchange within Microsoft Azure is mostly not very practical. In nearly all cases, it is more efficient to use Exchange Online in Office 365.
