Just as you don’t want anyone and everyone entering or leaving your house or workplace, as a UC administrator you don’t want people to make or receive calls to/from all various sources. As a UC administrator, you want to have a degree of control over what types of calls can be made using the enterprise telephony resources and who can make those calls.
