So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
MetaFrame 1.8 and the MetaFrame 1.8 Add-On Services
MetaFrame 1.8 has been around for several years and comes in two separate editions: one for Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server and the other for Windows 2000 with Terminal Services. MetaFrame 1.8 is currently at service pack level 3 and is a robust and highly reliable server-based solution.
Much like Terminal Server, MetaFrame 1.8 allows for the serving of desktops and applications to multiple users using a thin client protocol, which in the case of MetaFrame is the ICA protocol.
