Top-Ten User and Group Setup Tips
As a conclusion to all you have learned about setting up users, following are the top ten user and group setup tips:
Standardize your naming conventions. Always standardize your naming conventions as a first step when setting up new domains. Written naming conventions help make administration much easier in the long run.
Create a TSUsers and TSAdmins group. The TSUsers should have user-level access to your Terminal Servers, and TSAdmins should have administrator access by adding them to the local Users and Administrators groups. Do not allow users who are not members of the TSUsers group to log on to your Terminal Servers.
