Just as it is with Scope Management, a significant number of the planning processes in project management are part of Schedule Management Planning. This chapter sheds light on these various processes starting from that of Defining the Activities on the Project through Putting Project Activities in Logical Sequence, Estimating Durations for Project Activities, and Developing the Project Schedule to Setting the Schedule Baseline.
