15 Acquiring, Developing, Managing, and Controlling Project Resources
This chapter is the first of those that cover the processes involved in project execution and controlling. There are four such processes under Project Resources Management. The focus of this chapter is on these processes starting from Project Staff Acquisition through Project Team Development to Managing the Project Team, and lastly Controlling Project Resources. In consideration of the constraints that a project manager may encounter from top management, this chapter has a segment on Managing Relations with Top Management.
