The book’s final three chapters discuss many of the issues that you will face in working on software teams. This material is based largely on my personal experiences as an engineer and as a manager. I have worked with many individuals and teams, and in these final chapters I hope to convey some of what I have learned about being effective, both as an individual and as a member of a professional team.
