CHAPTER 24: BUSINESS AND INFORMATION SECURITY CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT

Control A.5.29 deals with information security continuity – with ensuring that the organization’s information security objectives are achieved during any major disruption and are embedded in the continuity plans.

Control A.5.30 should really precede A.5.29 because it deals with ICT readiness for business continuity. ISO 27001 is not a business continuity standard, so this control is in effect a link from ISO 27001 to the field of business continuity.
