So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

People easily make the leap from the sound of your voice to the nature of your personality. If you sound a certain way, you are a certain way. For example, “He always sounds so friendly.” Have you noticed how good we usually are in making these judgments? Have you ever wondered how this happens?
