IllegalStateException
This exception is thrown to indicate that a method has been invoked under inappropriate circumstances. For example, a method may throw this exception to indicate that it expected the caller to first set the parameters that it requires to complete its operation. This class is the same as its J2SE equivalent, apart from its inability to be serialized.
