Both the forms create an instance of CharArrayWriter class. In the fi rst form, default size is used,
and in the second, specifi ed size by ini_Size .
This class defi nes two protected fi elds: count and buf . Both are protected and cannot be used
directly. The count is the number of characters in the buffer and buf is a character array that is the buffer
where data is stored.
