Explanation: In the program, a fi le alpha.txt is created using FileOutputStream and alphabets

‘A’ to ‘Z’ are written into it. The fi le is then opened in the reading mode. The method available when

applied gives the number of bytes available in the fi le. Initially, it gives value 26 as there are 26 bytes in the

fi le alpha.txt. Next 10 bytes are read from the fi le using read method and for loop. As the read
