whoami — Displays information about a peer or peergroup
Synopsis
whoami [-l] [-g]
Description
whoami
displays
information about a peer or a peergroup. With no option,
whoami returns information about the local peer.
By default, peers do not have a name; a user can assign a symbolic
name to a peer with the setinfo command.
The -g option
returns information about the current peergroup. By default, the
shell is brought up in the NetPeerGroup.
Options
-
-g Returns information about the current peergroup
-
-l Returns a long version of the advertisement
Example
JXTA>whoami -lThis example displays a long version of the peer information.
