So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
According to the scans we did in previous recipes, vm_1 has an HTTPS service running on port 443; let's see how secure it is:
- To query the protocols and ciphers supported by an HTTPS site with Nmap, we need to scan the HTTPS ports and use the script ssl-enum-ciphers:
