Summary

In this chapter, we have looked at Fission. We have installed it using Helm and deployed it both locally and in Google Cloud. We have also launched several test applications, some basic and some that call out to third-party services to both post and return information. During the installation and configuration of the example applications, I hope that you started to see the usefulness of Fission and how it, and other serverless technologies, can be integrated into your own applications. 

When I started writing the chapter, I hoped to include some sections on Fission workflows, and also the Fission UI. However, at the time of writing, both those add-ons failed to work. Now, don't get me wrong, Fission is a powerful and simple to use ...
