From the day my daughter was born, she had no interest in food. I remember having to feed her milk in her sleep or with a blanket over her eyes when she was a baby. As she grew up my husband and I, who both love food, began to dread mealtime, as they’d consist of hours of coaxing, bribing and nagging. I was terrified that she’d have such negative memories of food that she’d develop an eating disorder when she was older.
