I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

David is a person whom I admire. He has a wonderful ability to engage people when he first meets them and to carry on a conversation with anyone. The talent lies not so much in his ability to win others over by the force and charm of his personality, but in something else. I asked him years ago to what he attributed this ability. He said it is simply a result of listening and asking questions. In other words, as you listen and ask questions, you become engaging.
