ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Jennifer Emery began her career as a corporate lawyer before moving into the business side of professional services firms in 2004. She has built her career as a coach, consultant, strategist and leader, helping organisations and individuals to unlock their potential and achieve flourishing. Jenni was Director of People at CMS from 2011 until 2016, and then Director of Strategy and Integration. Jenni joined Arup in January 2019 as their Global People Leader. She writes business papers, shopping lists and poems – only the last of these for publication. This is her first business book. Jenni lives in London with her husband and four children.
