To start our ‘Energy of Change’ part, let’s focus on how to change deeply entrenched behaviours and attitudes. We’ll look at how simple changes to physical layout or organizational structure can have a massive impact on behaviour. Once these have been made, lasting change requires your people to change the language they use, the introduction or replacement of regular rituals and the creation of new role models from both within and outside your organization.
