So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Strategy without leadership is wishful thinking and leadership without a strategy has no direction. Leading without a strategy means you’re either maintaining the status quo, reacting to whatever comes up or just hoping that things will get better or stay OK under your watch.
