So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Part IILeadership in action
At this point in the book, you should understand that you’ve never “made it” as a leader and that leadership development is a continuous process. You should also understand that improvement is possible when you have a growth mindset and that if you’re going to be better than average, you’ll need to work harder than average. You should also understand the importance of peak performance in terms of your general health and well-being, your mental health, and your personal productivity systems.
