Working with the Reporting Services module

In order to work with Reporting Services, we have access to the ReportingServicesTools module developed and maintained by Microsoft on https://github.com/Microsoft/ReportingServicesTools. In the following sections, we will have a look at the different capabilities of this module.

Note that the Reporting Services module strongly breaks with the PowerShell naming convention! Choice of verbs is, often enough, inappropriate (for example, Out instead of Export), nouns may be plural, and path parameters are named-domain specific. While this module has a highly consistent user experience, do not use it as an example for naming practices within a module.
