I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
In this chapter, you learned about writing well-documented, well-formed, and purposeful code. By now, you know what a function is and how to create useful functions. You learned about comments and the help system, as well as digitally signing scripts to prevent unauthorized changes.
You have seen how modules are created and what purposes they serve, and how to get your code into version control. All of these skills will be called upon in the next chapters, when we take a close look at DevOps, DSC, and release pipelines!
