I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Converting between rasters and vectors
Tools for converting between raster and vector formats can be accessed by going to Raster | Conversion. The GDAL command is displayed at the bottom of the dialog box when you run these functions. In QGIS 2.x, there was the ability to edit these GDAL calls manually, but that functionality is not present in Version 3.4. However, it is possible to copy and paste a GDAL command to the command line and adjust the command there instead.
