Working with the Transform tool
The Transform tool is one of the most useful all-round tools when editing multiphoto layouts. Whenever you need to change the size of a layer, just go to Transform (the keyboard shortcut is command + F). When you are using the Transform tool, it will place handles on the corners and on the middle edge of the photo. Just click-and-drag these handles to make the photo larger/smaller. Also, if you move the cursor slightly outside of the handle, your cursor will change to a rotate cursor and you can click-and-drag to rotate the photo.
