I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
In this chapter we learned what layers are and the ways in which you can organize layers for an effective workflow. We also went over what the different blending options are, and how you can use layer masks and blending modes to create multi-image compositions. With a good understanding of working with layers, you are now on your way to unleash the creative artist inside. In the next chapter we will cover the Effects Browser panel, which is used to artistically edit our photos.
