Project Planning
In the post-savvy, iterative design phase, there are many loose ends that need to be tied up. Design continues following the same process as in the Savvy Start, although usually with a select team to speed things along and reduce costs. But, most importantly, there is planning to do.
In this chapter we will cover the following topics, which are essential to project planning:
- discussing expectations versus budget constraints
- identifying project costs
- defining the delivery platform
- addressing limitations
- creating a well-documented plan.
