So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A set of tools is available under the Tools menu, including some which you can
use to automatically discover your network, so that you don’t have to draw it all by
yourself. These auto-generated maps then usually need some editing and
customizing.
You have several IP and SNMP monitoring and troubleshooting tools available
under the Tools menu, as follows:
IP Trouble Tools like ping, telnet, finger
IP Monitor IP-based monitors like cpu and disk activity
IP Layout Tools for designing network maps
